1. Acceptance of terms

By placing an order with Oilchangeprint, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not submit an order. These terms apply to all sticker products, pricing plans, and services offered on this website.

2. What we sell

Oilchangeprint produces custom oil-change reminder and service-reminder stickers for auto repair shops. Stickers are printed on premium vinyl and are designed to be placed on vehicle windshields or windows. Prices are listed per quantity and plan.

3. Orders and payment

All orders are submitted through the order form on this website. Submitting the form does not complete payment. We will contact you with payment instructions. Production begins only after full payment is received and any required artwork or logo is approved.

Prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include taxes or shipping unless stated otherwise.

4. Pricing plans

One-time payment: A single charge for the selected quantity. No automatic renewal.

6-month plan: A recurring charge every six months for the selected quantity. You may cancel before the next renewal by contacting us at least 7 days before the renewal date.

5. Artwork, logos and content

You are responsible for any logo, text, phone number, QR code, or other content you ask us to print. By providing artwork, you confirm that you have the right to use it and that it does not infringe any trademark, copyright, or other legal right of a third party.

We may refuse to print content that is unlawful, offensive, or that we believe infringes third-party rights.

6. Production and delivery

Production times vary based on order volume and artwork approval. We will provide an estimated delivery window when your order is confirmed. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping costs, if any, will be included in the payment instructions we send you.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Orders may be cancelled before production begins for a full refund. Once production has started, cancellations are not possible.

If your stickers arrive damaged or materially different from the approved proof, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will reprint or refund the order at our discretion.

We do not accept returns for custom-printed items unless they are defective or incorrect due to our error.

8. Limitation of liability

Oilchangeprint is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our stickers, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or damage to vehicles. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of the site or placement of orders after changes means you accept the updated terms.
